Hostel located far away from the metro (25min), in a climb, without a sidewalk, in a favela; it's not secure and complicated to arrive there with luggages.
The owners of the hostel are clearly bad. They do nothing to help travelers. On the contrary, the less they can do, the better they feel. I have NEVER seen people at a hostel reception that unhelpful and unpleasant. The lady of the hostel even tried to make me pay an extra night more expansive than the price of the day. I had an awful stay!
