It's a simple place, Amazing quite meanwhile this place is located in a fantastic location. And a good value. It sits in a surprisingly quiet alley between 2 main streets, one of which is Tha Phae with the gate only a couple of blocks away. There's an awesome cafe bakery 50 meters down the alley, a Pad Thai kitchen right across, an ATM and 7-11 close by, street food, etc all within an easy walk. You can walk to Chinatown, the big river, night markets, etc. all in 10-15 minutes.
It's 300 metres to Tha Phae Gate, 600 metres to Warorot Market, 700 metres to Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and 800 metres to three king monument. Chiang Mai Airport is only 4 km from the hostel. Free WiFi and parking are provided. Free bicycle is also offered for a cycling lover.

The hostel is fairly small, only a few rooms. The hostel is also not staffed so hanging out before check in and leaving my bags was not an option. Booked 4 nights and end up leaving after one night because I was the only person there.

I stayed here for one night as a stop over in between my travels. It was a great private room with working AC, and a double bed. The bathrooms were cleaned daily and the overall environment was very clean. I especially liked the security on the front door with key card access as it gives peace of mind when the front desk is closed. Location is great to all the close spots. The manager was also very accomodating with allowing me to leave my belongings in their reception while I explored :) thanks
