- 8 dogs that leave excrements in rooms and urinate all over the floor - smelly, humid room - unoccupied rooms are open to everyone - found a joint bud in our room - owner had a strange vibe - a bit of an inappropriate attitude towards staff and stayers (lounges half naked in his room with a view of the 'jacuzzi' and pool, offers to sit on his bed with dogs and orders his staff around) - pool is dirty and uninviting - jacuzzi is cold - no room security: window on the street that cannot be closed

Great location and the pool is very nice, but that's about it for positives. Some members of staff would just blankly stare at me, the room smells damp and rotten, the music started playing loudly in the morning and went on until 11pm which feels out of place considering Salento isn't really a party destination, the plants were overgrown, both the front door and room door didn't look meaning that anyone could come in at any time. A few of the locker doors had been busted open as well.
