I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a quick stop over and you aren’t in the room very much.
You will need a mosquito net.
There is no safe in the room and the door was not secure with large holes in it.
No hot water from the shower and our bathroom also didn’t lock

Very basic room but it had AC and very good location for Phi Phi, far enough away from the party that it was not loud at all in the room but close enough that you can walk there! Very good value for money for just a basic bed for the night

Very nice family and staff, an adorable goat and cat. you can get laundry cleaned if you need. 30 seconds from the beach and bars, but with that comes noise. rooms are basic but adequate for a night or two if you just need a cheap place to stay.
