As a solo non-speaking Korean traveller, it was very difficult. The room was clean and nice and had a TV and AC. No staff at front desk (maybe in the day time, but I was already out and about site seeing). Check in and out independently with no help.
Confused about the payments and wanting to check out a day earlier. (no refunds within 7 days is the policy).
Confused about the self service breakfast at 8am but also a sign on the fridge saying "staff only".

in the middle of a busy street, so constantly noisy even at night, the sink was overflowing and the bathroom smelled like mildew

The location was pretty good, it was in the middle of the places that we wanted to visit in Busan. The room was alright, nothing special. The bathroom was pretty small but it gets its job done. The breakfast (which was included in the price) consisted of 2 types of cereal and a toast with some strawberry jam and some juice (all self serve). In general, a nice hostel to spend the night.
