We are a 15 Room Portuguese Guesthouse nestled in Olhão’s historic old town center and just a 2 minutes walk to the waterfront where restaurants, cafes & shops abound within this old fishing town of cobbled stone streets, Morrish-style whitewashed square houses and typical stairs leading to the flat roof terraces.
The Guesthouse welcome you with a warm and friendly atmosphere offering several room categories which all include free High Speed Wi Fi throughout all floors, cable TV and daily housekeeping as well a shower and basin in the room and shared/ensuite bathrooms.
Guest kitchen and the roof garden terrace with BBQ & seating area offer magnificent views over the Ria Formosa and the old town of Olhão, this area is truly the heartbeat of our Guest House.
The owner manage the property so there is a comfort level that our staff is available if required during a guests stay.

Check-in between 3 pm to 9 pm (late night self check-in available).
Check-out anytime until 11 am.

Payments made by using a credit card attract a surcharge of additional 2,9%.
A city tax applies per person per night of €2 in summer (April to October) and €1 per person per night in winter (November to March) till a maximum of 10€. Payable at check-in.

Great place but not for summer! There is no air conditioning, rooms are small- therefore you can’t breath in the room.
Also it’s very loud on the street and the isolation is so bad that you can hear everything as if it’s in the room.
Stuff was very nice, rooms are very very clean.

Far from bus stop not much around to do
No one at desk to greet you after 7 no one around in the morning at the desk to ask questions no love person
you do check in via email instructions
No atmosphere nothing going on
Little packet of green for soap no real soap
Way over priced very basic

On arrival, I was warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful answering my questions and providing suggestions for local restaurants, ferry connections and coordination to meet my flight late the next day.
