Overall great experience at Guest House Maya. The staff is especially great, they went out of their way to talk with me and give recommendations and loved speaking in English. It was a very pleasant stay.

The staff were so friendly! They gave us recommendations on sites to visit (+ free ropeway passes), and even helped us navigate the transport system. The hostel also has a cozy atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again.

Love it here. Immediately feel at home. Had a Nabé hot pot with the staff and other guests on my first night, where else is like that?! So friendly.
