Property Description

Pepe's House Cuenca Hotel & Boutique Hostel is in a renovated republican house of the Historical Area with 12 rooms, 3 livings, one café bar and one rooftop. We have a nice and quiet atmosphere, but we are not a party hostel. We create this space to rest, to meet people, to enjoy our amazing location, in clean and beautiful spaces.

We include hot beverages (coffee and infusion) permanently. Parking is additional just in front (extra). Wifi is 300Mb 2:1 commercial grade and is free and works in all the place. We speak English/Spanish. We are in a strategic location Airport/Bus Terminal 15min, and you can walk to many places: Calderón Park, Cuenca University, government offices, historic churches, restaurants, fresh market, drugstore and shops of all kinds.

We offer Cosy and quiet dorms for 3 to 4 persons in our double beds.

Check in from 13:00 to 21:00 .
Check out from 07:30 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash.

Taxes not included - 12.00%
Breakfast not included - 7 USD per person per day.

Staff was great and were happy to provide recs, they checked in with me prior to reaching given the national emergency which was sweet. Not a social atmosphere, so if you're looking to meet people this isn't your place. The room, amenities, and location were great. Some reviews mentioning lack of hot water, I did not have this issue, just took about a minute for it to come.

This place was awesome! Great location, beautiful room, lots of hot water. The staff are amazing. Helped with a later check in and early morning check out. So helpful. Empanada the hostel cat/owner is adorable and purrs while you pet her. Highly recommended.

Itâ€™s a hostel/hotel property in an ideal location, close to everything. The staff is nice. The property is quiet not an ideal place to meet people not that was fine for me. I highly recommend.
