We are locals! Nice Way Team is from Cascais and we love to share our passion with our guests. We love to share stories, moments and experiences! We are proud of our Hostel & Surf Camp! Our common spaces were created to offer you all that you need for your holidays, from relaxing in our living room to cooking in the kitchen or diving in our swimming pool.
Enjoy our Burgers and light meals prepared in our bar where the 'magic' happens. Having music playing makes part of our identity, with a wide and joyful selection, is on until 11 PM making our garden the perfect spot to meet other travellers especially if you are travelling by yourself. During high season, we have 3 thematic dinners per week where you can have a great time with all your fellow travellers!
Being in Cascais is natural and almost mandatory to Surf! Being a Surf Camp you couldn’t be in better hands to have a Surf experience. From beginners to experienced surfers, Cascais have waves for everyone and with the expertise of our Surf instructors, you can add that extra “spicy” to your stay! Go ahead and book your surf lessons whatever level you are. We have all the equipment you will need and certified teachers that will guide you and take you to the best spots around!
We are centrally located in Cascais in a quiet residential area. Only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station (in the city centre) and supermarket. Cascais, located 40 minutes by train from Lisbon, is a traditional village on the coast with beautiful architecture, amazing beaches, and good surf spots and is the best place to eat really good fish and seafood. Cascais is the perfect village to get lost on the small streets and narrows in the historic area. For nature lovers, you can cycle to Guincho beach - 8km from Cascais- and enjoy the sea view on the way. From Guincho, you can reach the natural park Sintra- Cascais. Enjoy an incredible sunset at Boca do Inferno.
You can choose from a wide variety of rooms, from dorms to private en-suites, twins or double beds. All rooms are equipped with modern details, from individual light fixtures for reading, magnetic keys, and protected cabinets.

staying at the Nice Way hostel was probably the main highlight of my entire backpacking trip. it was the most beautiful place i’ve ever been, with some of the most beautiful friends. the employees felt immediately like family to me and i genuinely will carry the memories of them and of this hostel forever. this team has such a beautiful welcoming presence. yuri, phillipe, marcella, stefanie, tiago, alana, matt & anna felt like family and i’ll never stop recommending this hostel to everybody. if you get the

Staying at Nice Way Cascais & Surf Camp was hands down one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. After sleepless nights, mediocre food, and heavy baggage, I felt like I walked into paradise. My friend and I originally only booked one day but ended up extending our stay for 4 days. In that time, I feel like I made a family, life long memories and had some of the best bbq of my life! If you are questioning whether you should stay at this hostel, don’t.
