Good location hotel, close to all services such as shops and various restaurants, not far from Shiraz airport... The only drawback is the bathroom space is very small. As well as the laundry service is very expensive with them.

In corona conditions, cleanliness was well observed. I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff at the reception desk were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, western toilet, and the internet also worked very well. The hotel is also walking distance to the bazaar area as well as a metro station. Staff were good English speaking and arranged tours. Wonderful hotel, friendly service who were doing everything to help the guests. Will come back again to Sasan Hotel.

Anyone can enter the lifts. Staff at receptions were not so friendly or helpful with directions. The front desk advertised (day trips) tours but it is outsourced to third parties and they are not responsive. When they do respond , it is more expensive than first quoted by the front desk. Accomodation was basic but was slightly on expensive side. The good thing is it is conveniently located off the main road and to many landmarks.
