***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 15:00.
- Government-issued photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in.
3. Check out before 12:00 (noon).
4. Payment upon arrival by cash or credit card.
5. Deposit: A damage deposit of PHP200 is required upon arrival.
- This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
6. Taxes: included.
7. Breakfast is not included.
8. No curfew.
9. No smoking in rooms, but smoking area is provided.
10. Reception Working Hours: 24 hours.
11. Age Restriction: The minimum age to check in is 18 years.
12. Pets are not allowed.
