The small hamlet of Kalivia is ideally positioned for guests to take advantage of the cosmopolitan atmosphere and amenities of the main town of Skiathos, just 5 minutes drive away from the port and the airport, whilst enjoying a rural setting. Beautiful, quiet location with lovely views, only a short drive from the shops and the beach. Kalivia offers a typical Greek taverna 'Anatoli' and 'Megali Gialos'. Iti is also within easy access to some of the great beaches of Skiathos, such as Megas Gialos and Xanemos.

Luxury villa with private pool, garden and parking. The villa consists of two floors with a large comfortable balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The villa is quite spacious and comfortable for recreation. The ground floor of the villa is a living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable balcony for breakfast or dinner. The lower floor offers two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and access to the garden to the pool.

Four Seasons Villas Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 30% of your stay.

Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. - This property may pre-authorize 30% as a deposit on your card prior to arrival.
