Vintage old hostel located near the city centre. Only downside is no air conditioning

This hostel is not worth staying in, it has little to no atmosphere and NO AIR CON. This is a big let down especially when travelling in the middle of August. The showers donâ€™t lock so anyone could just walk in whilst youâ€™re in there. The place smells of smoke not to add it is located on a street with two strip clubs- not a safe feeling as female travellers. Over all this is a sub par hostel, donâ€™t waste your time or money.

This is a very basic hotel (perfect if you want a cheap and cheerful stay while travelling). The staff were helpful and the rooms were a good standard. Our lock kept getting stuck which was slightly concerning in terms of security but overall we felt safe. There are two ladies toilets and only one shower which is not in a separate room so we did not feel comfortable using this. Overall our stay was fine but i wouldnâ€™t want to stay any additional nights.
