We had an amazing stay at the hostel. Youssef, Simo, and Mohammed went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They all work extremely hard but still make sure they are there to offer advice, make tea, or just have a chat. Truly a great experience.

They are nice as long as they make money off of you. Since I arrived at 9pm, I guess they assumed I am not coming and gave my room to someone else. Tried to shove me in a dingy used room without a bulb in the hostel next door saying that’s what I reserved. When I protested, they started getting aggressive: sorry we told you we have a water problem in your room and we tried everything to make you happy but you won’t take our offer‘. I told them to cancel my booking so they marked me as no show!

The room was not as advertised, it did not had a bathroom en suite and we were placed in another hostel next door. At the check-in they did not accepted credit cards, we needed to pay 932 DH (82 €) and they ended up charging us 128 €, that is 30% more. Definitely not worth it. The place was OK, the bathroom smelled bad.
