My Maison 70

The newly renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
It consists of 4 rooms and a shared kitchen corner.
The rooms are equipped with all comforts and each room has its own private bathroom, air conditioning and a home automation system for controlling and regulating the temperature.
It is possible to sleep in 2 single beds or in a double bed (joining them).
Each room has a kettle and a coffee machine and cups. TV and free Wi-Fi
At the guest house, all rooms have a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. All guest rooms at My Maison 70 feature air conditioning and a desk.
My Maison 70 offers accommodation with free WiFi in Rome, conveniently located 1 km from Porta Maggiore and 1.1 km from Santa Maria Maggiore. The guest house has family rooms.

For the Check in you will receive an email for doing it, you must doing the Check in before the arrival because in that mail you will receive all the instructions for enter to the rooms and in the property.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 06:00 to 10:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorise your card before the arrival.

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 3.5 EUR per room per night
Breakfast not included.

1)there is no reception, nobody is inside the building waiting for guests
2)since we have to welcome them they have to provide arrival time
3)they have to complete a registration process we will send them by email
4)Guests that do not complete the registration or do not provide an arrival time they have to pay a fee of 30€
