Unbeatable location with helpful staff and nice rooms with great showers. More like a budget hotel than hostal.
The kitchen is really poorly stocked lacking in even basic things.
We tried to leave early in the morning and found that the front door was chained and padlocked shut. It was 30 minutes later by the time we found staff to open the lock for us. We were terrified to have thought what could have happened in the case of a fire.

such a convenient location, we came for a weekend to enjoy the market and it was perfect. about 10min walk from bus station, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. very pleasant experience

Cozy, comfortable, cute little hostel with great location 2 blocks from market and minutes from great restaurants. Friendly service. Luis and Mari helped us coordinate easy, affordable private transport to Laguna Cuicocha.
