The most arrogant host I have experienced in over 60 hostels.
We selected this hostel for its air conditioning. We texted the owner and asked where the air conditioning remote was. He informed us air conditioning was extra, it didn’t matter if it said included, and the matter was closed. When the power credit ran out for the property, we texted the owner and he said he would put more money on the account but if the credit was used again he wouldn’t top up with more money and it is our problem.
