Ca di Ni Residence is a house in the heart of the medieval town of Finale, two steps from the sea, at the foot of the ancient castle and bordered by medieval walls.

Transformed into a residence for over ten years, our 8 apartments, all elegantly renovated trying to maintain the original finishes, character and flavor of the past, offers you the possibility of a relaxing stay.

Of different sizes and capacities (studio, two, three and four-room apartments) they are offered by all modern comforts to make your amazing holiday and to make you feel at home
Our apartments:

Studio - two rooms aparment:
Ideal for 2/4 people or small family.
Inside you will find a lounge with sleeping area, a full kitchen and a comfortable bathroom.

Three rooms aparment:
With a larger size, this type of solution comfortably welcomes 4/6 people.
The living room has a sofa bed, two large bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen.

Four Rooms aparment:
Suitable for hosting large families, up to 8 people, this solution offers in addition to a complete kitchen, various bedrooms and bathroom, also a terrace where you can enjoy a truly unique view and where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors in all tranquility.

But Ca Di Ni is not only this .... it hides an unexpected jewel to host your ceremonies or your events: a large room to be set up according to your requests and needs overlooking a charming French garden, dominated by a ancient tower and surrounded by the old city walls.
In the internal part, divided into three rooms but also usable in their entirety, it is possible to arrange up to 50/60 covers.
The garden lends itself perfectly to organize aperitifs or banquets or even just as a leisure point for guests, especially for children, where they can play in peace.
The whole village is dominated by the tower and, thanks to its beauty and particularity, it is the most interesting point for capturing the memories of your ceremonies, with a glimpse of the sea in the background.

Ca di Ni Residence Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 1 EUR per person per night. (Max euro 5,00 per adult) baby untill 12 years free of charge.
Possibility to have rate with breakfast included.
