Property Description
Pepe's House is a Microhotel and Hostel, with a very minimalist design (in which the color white and the green of the tropical plants that fill the spaces predominate), and industrial (we kept decorative tubes and ducts in sight).
We have 3 rooms, for one and up to 2 people. All rooms have a private bathroom, WiFi (500Mb - 2:1), air conditioning and exterior windows with natural lighting. The private rooms have a double bed or a queen bed, a desk and a TV with streaming, great light and comfort. .
Our common areas are very pleasant for travelers and digital nomads: We have a balcony with a large table and chairs, a living room with sofas made from recycled pallets, a dining room and a living room with views of El Malecon with very bright lighting. special and electrical connections for you to work comfortably.

check in was straight forward and we felt safe throughout our stay. The front door was always manned or locked and there was another door with key access before entry o to our floor. Location was good, walking distance to Malecon 2000, The Pearl and Santa Ana Hill. Hostal was lacking a bit of atmosphere but think there were a lot of vacant rooms. Overall would recommend

NOT a regular hotel or hostel. Nowhere secure your bag after you check out and you cannot use any facilities after check out. No use if you have an afternoon or evening flight. We got stuck with our bags and searching for a washroom in nearby restaurants. Hassle to get into building. Better off just booking a regular hotel or hostel.
