I originally booked a 12 day stay over Xmas and NY but am now currently staying for 3 months while learning Spanish. I love this place.
Edil the host / owner is the nicest and most helpful guy you’ll ever meet. Also bilingual for any worrying English speakers. The room is very spacious and they clean everyday which is great. The location couldn’t be more perfect because your just at the end of La Punta strip tucked one road in to avoid all noise. Also super safe. Edil or the two volunteers are around alot but if not the gate locks at night and you get a key yourself along with the room key. There is also a nice little kitchen and sitting area on the 2nd floor for any cooking / fridge freezer use you want.
All round perfect stay for me and that’s why I’ll be here until late March.
