The accommodation is a B&B and is located at the entrance to the original Ulten Valley, which fascinates with its intact nature - the steep meadows, deep forests and clear mountain lakes.
In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, you will find beautiful biking and hiking trails, and about 15 kilometres away there is also a golf course. The skiing and hiking area Schwemmalm is 15 minutes by car from the hotel and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel is also just a 20-minute drive from Merano - the historic spa town on the River to the Passer. In the valley itself, as well as in the nearby surroundings, there are several museums worth seeing on a wide variety of topics. In the village there are food options and a bar.

The accommodation is very conveniently accessible by public transport. You can take the train up to Merano, which is 20 km away, and from there you can take the bus directly to the accommodation. The closest airport is in Bolzano (40 km).

In the property guests only pay for the service they actually use. Everything else can be purchased separately (e.g. spa area). Another feature is that there is not staff around the clock, so guests are also left to their own devices. For example, there is an honesty bar where snacks and drinks are available for self-service. A digital concierge with a lot of information’s around the property and suggestions of activities, food etc. is always by your side.
