CANCELLATION POLICY
Flexible Reservations: Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 2 days before arrival. Cancellations and no-shows made beyond that time will result in a total price of the reservation fee.
Non-Refundable Reservations: If you cancel, modify the booking, or don't show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.
PAYMENTS
Payments will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card. If the charge is declined, the reservation may be cancelled.
Flexible Reservations: Full amount of stay (with taxes) will be charged anytime after 2 days before arrival.
Non-Refundable Reservations: Full amount of stay (with taxes) can be charged anytime after booking confirmation.
CITY TAX (NOT INCLUDED)
All taxes are included, except for city tax
City Tax is 2 Eur per person, per night, up to a maximum of EUR 14 per guest.

Very nice place and atmosphere is very friendly and rooms are perfectly clean. I couldn’t choose better and I am sure my next trips to Lisbon I will always stay here.
