The beautiful Donizetti Royal penthouse is a guesthouse located in the center of Bergamo, 700 m from the station and 4km from the airport. Very elegant attic with 3 modern rooms, 1 room triple with private bathroom inside and 2 rooms (1 single and 1 double) with shared bathroom, you can enjoy also shared livingroom and kitchen. Without breakfast.
Comfortable apartment in the center on the third floor with lift and a few steps.
No smoking, no balcony.
Free WiFi, very elegant relaxation area with large sofa and TV.
We kindly ask that you respect all our belongings. No noise in the stairs to respect our neighbors. Thank you.

- Children under 3 years old are free if they sleep with their parents. Up to 3 years with additional bed.
Other things to keep in mind:
Possibility of private paid parking 15 euros per day on request depending on availability otherwise on the road with blue lines 2 euros per hour.
Donizetti Royal Rooms is in a restricted traffic zone in the most beautiful street of the lower city.
Donizetti Royal Rooms Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 100% of your stay.
Check in from 16.00 to 22.00
Check out before 10.00
When booking you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions listed below:
• No pets
• Do not smoke: violators will be subject to a fine of 100 euros plus any loss of missed room rent due to the presence of smoke residues.
• Obligation to show identity documents at check in or before check in if necessary
• Donizetti Apartments reserves the right to charge the payment method provided for any unpaid charges or damage or smoking detected after check-out.
• The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by him or by any member of his party to any property, furniture and equipment of the facility.
• Extra people cannot be invited to the reservation
• No unaccompanied minors (unless with parental authorization)
• Tourist taxes are NOT included in the price, it is 6% of the total for the first 5 days only
• If you prefer 2 separate beds instead of a double bed, a request is necessary and there is a supplement
• Always agree on a check-in time with an appointment
• Guests must respect the Anticovid regulations and apply the protections also within our structures, also always respecting the Covid decree provided for in our city.
• Guests are responsible for separate waste collection, we ask you to carefully follow the instructions at check-in
• No groups, no parties
• Upon check out we kindly ask you not to leave the kitchen too messy or the dishes to wash.
