Good location but Gran Via is a VERY noisy street. If you plan to be out late and are a heavy sleeper it may not be an issue.

The old’s man attitude very impolitely. Very expensive for the facilities which doesn’t exist. Isn’t dirty but has a horrible smell all over (I slept with open window and even like that I smelled). Th shampoo and shower gel they offer is either expired either very very cheap.

Perfect location and good room. Tad noisy but this was due to the guests next door rather than the hostel itself. Perfect place for a couple of nights.
