Very unfriendly staff -- that's the main problem. I arrived early having been on an airplane all night, and they were not willing to tell me exactly what time I should come back if I wanted to lie down. They also charge you for everything -- and not kindly. Common areas are tiny and dull. Location is terrible -- very far away from most things you'd want to see. Cleanliness is really not very good either. You can do much better!

Very clean and nice place but it needs a proper common room. Very hard to socialise and it’s a bit far out from a lot of the spots but very easy access to trains so not the worst. Wouldn’t recommend for solo travellers

Great place to stay, just not in the liveliest part of Hong Kong, not too far away on the metro though.
Friendly and helpful staff from check in.
Clean rooms and bathrooms. Would recommend having numbers on the beds going forward.
Modern patio area is very nice to sit and relax in.
Would stay again.
