From June 15th until October 1st, 2022, the building where the Super Balmes Apartments are located will be undergoing the refurbishment of the facade. The refurbishment of the facade requires that a work scaffold be erected completely in front of the building. This scaffold will also by covered by a protective fabric that will eliminate the rooms view and the possibility to use the rooms balcony. Also, the workers will be working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 17 pm. During this period, it may be possible that you hear disruptive noise.

Muy mal lugar, ,nada que ver con lo que dicen y ponen en su pagina. Sucio, cero espacio, ruidoso e incomodo.....nada recomendable. Really bad place, nothing to do with what is announced, dirty, noisy, unconfortable .....not recommended at all.

Good place with really nice people. You open the doors to a main street and there weren't any chairs or stools for the balcony. No place to hang your towels in the room and the bathrooms were a little gross. The kitchen was very clean. We had a spot marked out where we could put our stuff but someone else had put stuff there so that was a bit confusing. Cockroaches in the bathroom on 2 occasions. Came out to about $80 per night. It isn't really a hostel - more of a large apartment.
