Apulia 70 Holidays is a comfortable premium accommodation (B&B or whole apartment) in the center of Polignano a Mare, the beautiful Italian town on the Adriatic Sea, just 200 meters away from the seafront and the old town. Free parking area in the streets nearby (not reserved) and car garage available on request with a surcharge of 10 euro/night. Special discounts available for restaurants, guided tours, bike rentals and other activities.

With a supermarket nearby, Apulia 70 Holidays is located in a very central and quiet area just about 400 meters away from the beach. All places of interest are at walking distance: the typical cliffs, the old town, Pino Pascali museum, Largo Grotta Ardito and Cristoforo Colombo seafront, Scoglio dell'Eremita islet, Lama Monachile beach and the statue of the famous singer Domenico Modugno.

All private rooms are equipped a private bathroom, with free Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, flat-screen TV or smart-TV, desk or sitting area.
There are also a full kitchen and a dining area, that are shared when you book for a private room but private when you book for a whole apartment.
Some accommodations also feature a patio and/or a balconette and/or a terrace/balcony with outdoor furniture.
Staff is at your disposal for tourist information, assistance for planning tours and any other information.

Check in from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (for whole apartment 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm).
Check out before 10:30 am.

In order to guarantee your booking you will need to write an email to the property within 24 hours after the booking is made, providing one of the following information on your choice: send the CVV code of the used credit card to allow the property to charge it or alternatively ask the property for the data to proceed with a bank transfer (30% of the balance for standard reservations; 100% of the balance for non refundable reservations) or alternatively ask the property to proceed with a payment through PayPal by providing your PayPal address and accepting that there will be a little fee to cover the PayPal commissions.
If you do not perform one these 3 actions to guarantee your reservation the property has the right to cancel your booking: in such a case the deposit fee paid to the website will not be refunded.

Payment of any remaining balance upon arrival by cash or credit cards (standard reservation) or by charging your credit card at any time after booking (non refundable reservation).

The local tourist tax of Polignano a Mare is due by guests over 14 years old, is always not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival by cash: in the period November to March it is 1 euro/person/night, while in the period April to October it is 2 euro/person/night; for stays of 7+ nights the tourist tax must be paid for the first 6 nights only.

A typical Italian breakfast with addition of some local specialities is included in the room rate and offered every morning on site (no need to go out to an external bar), while breakfast is not included in the whole apartment rate since these are self-catering accommodations (please inform the property if you have any special requests).

General:
Quiet area, no curfew, child friendly.
Pets: only one accommodation (Superior Ground Floor 'Cave Style' Apartment) is pet friendly (small size, one pet only), while all others unfortunately can not accommodate pets.
Accessibility: most accommodations are on the first floor and easy to access, while some others are on the ground floor (disabled accessible) or on the second floor; there are no elevators.
Reception: Please communicate your estimated time of arrival, in order to ensure a smooth check-in process.
If you plan to arrive earlier you can come to leave your luggage by appointment for just 1 euro in total.
If you plan to arrive later, it is usually possible with a surcharge depending on the arrival time.
Private taxi service available from/to airport and other destinations in the area with a surcharge.
