Property Description

Bayt Alice is Tangier's oldest youth hostel. Located in a unique 19th-century house, once popular among famous writers, is the most charming and stylish hostel of Tangier. Our privileged location, by Petit Socco square at the heart of the Medina, makes us the ideal base to explore and enjoy the city.

Enjoy the terrace overlooking the Medina and the Mediterranean Sea. We offer free wifi, access to a fully equipped kitchen, a desk, and a living room full of books written by famous authors inspired by the city.


Bayt Alice is a 10-minute walk from the port and 25-minute drive from the airport. We offer transportation from and to the airport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, and the atmosphere was very friendly. The rooftop was really pleasant as well. We stayed in the dorms and they kind of felt slightly damp, and it was quite noisy outside quite late. It was overall a good experience though, and we would gladly stay there again.
