My Little House Backpackers has the coolest vibe in Montañita - great balance between a party atmosphere and a chill place to relax! It is the perfect spot to meet people from all around the world - from Argentina to Australia. We have a big social area on the terrace with TV and PS4, a nice garden with a barbecue, hammocks, and a ping pong table. A cheap bar with delicious Mojitos and cold beers! Here you can enjoy our Saturday BBQ nights, Sunday movie nights, Quiz nights, Beer Pong Championship tournament, and many more fun events!
The hostel has hot showers, free drinking water, excellent WiFi, book exchange, all kinds of games, and a big guest kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook - stove, oven, toaster, blender, etc. We provide different options of cheap dorms (ALL WITH OPTIONAL A/C!!) and private rooms. Each dorm has personal security lockers, A/C (during high season from January to July) and mosquito nets.
Please note: the cheaper 7 bed dorms are close to the terrace and can be a little bit noisy (still we always switch off the lights and the music at midnight).
If you're not into partying and prefer to have a quiet early night you should book the 4 bed dorm located at the back of the property and much more quiet.

My Little House Backpackers is located 200 meters from the bus station, 1 min walk to the beach, and 2 mins walk to the town centre - just close enough to party and yet far enough to have a good night sleep.

Booked one night…end up staying a week! You won’t find a better vibe anywhere else in Montanita.
A/c and internet works good, kitchen with free drinking water,Showers are hot and clean, and the open bar nights at 6$ are the best way to meet new travelers playing fifa or beer pong (just don’t bet money on chess or fifa you won’t win ahah!).
Tip: book a 4 bed dorm they are much better than the 8 dorm ,just for an xtra $.
They kept my bp for free the whole day waiting for my nightbus- TOP!!

it was a dirty, the beds didn't feel clean (like the mattress, they felt humid and the mosquito net for protections were smelled like other peoples sweat, had a really hard time sleeping) also the bathrooms looked like they accumulated dirt for daaaaays if not weeks without cleaning. In the hostel there are some signs that say like o this is the cheapest option around here, but for the same price in other platforms we were able to find cleaner and really comfortable stay.
