U2, U3, U4, S1, S21) , just one station away from Hamburg Central Train Station, the MAC City
Hostel is located. From the airport it takes 25 minutes with subway S1 to get to us.
The City center, Alster Lake and Moenckebergstrasse is just around 10 minutes walking away, with the Subway it takes just 2-3 stations to get there.
Harbour City, Fish Market and St. Pauli area is around 12 minutes to reach with the subway.
We offer various rooms with shared toilets and bathroom facilities. Locker and bed linen inclusive, 24 h free drinking Tee, free WiFi.
In the common room of the hostel drinks (coffee machine and water dispenser) are offered. Water and tee are available free of charge.
Free WiFi is available to guests throughout the MAC City Hostel.
In our neighborhood there are the Real supermarket, many bakeries and other
shops just 1 minute walking away. Banks / ATMs nearby on the same street.

The pictures on the web site do not match with reality.
Absolutely would'nt recommend if you are a solo female traveller...

When I arrived at hostel the person said I did not have reservations. I checked my emails on my cell phone and found the confirmation on an hostelworld email. The person also did not correctly say what check out times were. I had a difficult time fiding the hostel. I found the rail stop. I could not find street name on any maps on cell phone. This may be partly my fault, but the street name was confusing.
Having reservations and having someone there saying no reservations was bad!

For just one night it serves its purpose. Not a nice place, the Door was open all night, nice to Have keys to the woman dorm. Not clean.
