Nanasqa is good for a stop off visit, but there were a few issues. They provide a taxi service and told us to contact them when we arrived at the station, it took 30 minutes for them to reply. The shower had no hot water, the bathroom was dirty in places, and we weren’t informed you had to book breakfast in advance so we weren’t able to have it. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, the bathroom was missing a window pane so you can hear everything going on outside.

Nice hostel for one night in Nazca. Staff was very friendly, kitchen was well stocked and rooftop was lovely. Sleep wasn't the best as we found the bed (in a private room) pretty uncomfortable, and the room was bright from hostel lights and somewhat loud in the evening and morning. Wish we'd known in advance that we could book a flight here cheaper than directly through the airlines ($70USD).

Nanasqa is located a 25 minute walk from the buses and 15 minutes from the main plaza. The staff and volunteers are super sweet. I imagine the DIY-project hippie aesthetics will either charm or disappointment.
Flight tours for $70.
The best part of my experience were the kind, interesting people I met. The worst part were the barking dogs who woke me up several times at night—maybe I should have worn earplugs. It was a bit tedious to walk so far to town every time to buy or do something
