Location is good if you want to remain in north area for beaches, so not recommended during monsoon. Food is okay, and drinks are highly expensive. We stayed in private room, so no idea about dorm facility. But private room was decent. No room service provided and their private room bit away from main hostel.

Great place, great staff, highly recommended overall. There is a very cute puppy named chai which pushes it to 11/10 in my book.
