Great facilities, helpful staff, good options for tours and really nice communal areas/ pools. However, I got several bed bug bites while staying there. While this is definitely a negative, I was impressed at the staff’s response. They offered me a different room, washed all my things for free, refunded me that night and within minutes had sent a team up to the room to clean the area and replace the mattress.

One of the best hostels I stayed in. We stayed in a private room in the private wing and it was very comfy, clean and quiet. If you wanted to hVe some activity or socialize with other you just need to get to the main building where they also have a cafe/restaurant and 2 pools where you can hang out. They also organize daily activities which makes it easy to meet other people. Also the staff if very friendly and helpful!
