I already rated this hostel with 5 stars, but this time I think 3 is enough. A few years ago I was there and the breakfast was much better, this time I found the service very poor and the guy at the front desk spent the whole night talking loudly and I confess that it bothered me a lot. I was frustrated because I chose this hostel for the wonderful experience I had the first time, I won't be back.

Great experience! We had a really nice private room. Moe is the best! He helped with some booking issues. The room was beautiful and clean. We walked everywhere, just need to be self aware and that there are homeless people everywhwre in LA.
