The location was great, staff were super lovely and welcoming. There were supposed to be activities every night which never ended up happening which was disappointing, the kitchen facilities were very basic and the atmosphere was not great for meeting people. Very family friendly if that’s more what you’re going for :)

I asked for 2 days in a row for an extension as there’s no plugs beside the beds and for the 3 days I stayed there they said they’d get one for me and never did.
There was a creepy woman at the reception starting at me which didn’t make me feel safe at all and toilets were very dirty.
I don’t recommend this place.

Dirty, felt very unsafe. We were 2 girls staying here, and felt scared here. One night, a man in our room was stood up straight staring at us asleep, absolutely terrifying. On another night, a homeless looking man fell over and there was blood all over the floor. There was no urgency from the staff to help him. Bathrooms were dirty and extremely small. Didn’t check we were picking up the correct bags, we could’ve taken anyones/ anyone could’ve taken our bags. Staff were kind though.
