If you?re looking to spend some time at the beach, Be Dream Hostel is a good base to start from. Located in Badalona in greater Barcelona, it?s less than 10 minutes from the beach and near Pep Ventura metro stop, serving Line 2, which goes directly to Paral?lel, La Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gr?cia. This clean, spacious and airy hostel is also ideal for travellers who want to see the local festival of Saint Anastasi, held each May. We like their handy clothing exchange.

We’re located right in front of the metro, five minutes from the beach and just 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Sagrada Familia by metro.
Our mixed dorms feature two to 12 beds, with personal lockers, free blankets, air conditioning and heating. We also have private twin and double ensuite rooms with air conditioning and free linen and blankets.
Facilities include free internet and Wi-Fi, free bedside lockers, free maps of Barcelona and free walking tours.
Help us decorate by making a painting at our arts’n’crafts table, find a new t-shirt at our clothing exchange or just relax in one of our hammocks outside.
We have a big open dining room, a large kitchen and many common rooms with sofas for chilling out. You can watch TV and DVDs or play our board games.
Our hostel was previously a primary school which we’ve completely reformed and made into a truly unique hostel full of personality, natural light and a positive vibe. It’s the perfect place to relax and make friends to go out with during the Barcelona night.
For us, the most important thing is that our travellers see and begin to understand what Barcelona means and represents to the people who live here.
Our staff – locals and travellers like you that never left – are here to give you a local’s perspective on where to go and what to see. Barcelona is a metropolitan city like no other. People come from all over the world to see Gaudi’s buildings, abstract and beautiful, Picassos artwork, or to enjoy the beaches and Mediterranean culture. But we want you to see more!
We want you to feel the Barcelona vibe. Come to catch your dreams with us at Be Dream Hostel - Barcelona is a never-ending dream!

Bugs all over 3 different rooms, bad smell and waste all over the kitchen. There were 2 pans, no cutlery or dishes. Frigde was disgusting. Rooms on the 1st floor that can be accessed from the street with only a window and a curtain.

The staff here was really kind. But the price feels expensive for what you’re getting. Not a ton of atmosphere, there’s only a few burners in the kitchen and the kitchen is small for the amount of people that want to cook. It’s also not very stocked so trying to cook is challenging, but you can ask the staff for silverware and a plate. Had a private and the room was pretty bare. Lots of kids around, didn’t bother us but might bother other travelers. The train is right outside which is great and makes gettin

I think our hostel is ideal for young-spirited travellers who want to enjoy the beach and make new friends, out of the touristic area, where the prices are cheaper! We offer a lot of extras to our guests, with a free drink and tapa with every reservation, plus paella nights, free quiz nights on Wednesdays, free poker nights on Sundays and beach parties that we organise twice a week. Our building used to be a school so the corridors are very big and the rooms are spacious with big windows.
Down on the clean, quiet beach you can find cheap chiringuitos with authentic good and environment. Personally I recommend going to La Masia or Can Pelat - they're typically Spanish restaurants.
