Host was really cool and helpful, showed us many cool places and things to do. Not the cleanest hostel I have been too but is cheap so wasn’t expecting much. Overall for a cheap place for a few nights I would recommend if your not expecting much.

My main complaint is that Luca charged me twice for my stay I was charged for my stay via Hostelworld when I completed my reservation and once I arrived at the hostel I paid cash because he said he did not accept debit card.
I was notified by my bank about suspicious activity because B&B Firenze 32 made an additional charge of 19€, but then canceled the transaction this was after I left the hostel.
B&B Firenze 32 is the worst hostel I’ve stayed at so far. Luca is a dishonest person.
