Sequoia Lodge is the perfect place to explore the world famous Marlborough Sounds or walk the Queen Charlotte Track. Our fantastic staff are full of local area knowledge and can book tours, make great suggestions suited to you and arrange onward travel all at your convenience.

Great little hostel. Stayed here for 1 night after the crossing from Wellington, around a 15 minute walk from the ferry drop off and pretty flat walk too. The hostel has a good atmosphere and the owner is a very nice chap. Free breakfast in the morning including toast and cereal along with free tea and coffee that was a nice touch. The kitchen area is spacious and plenty of cookers for everyone. We were aloud to leave our bags in a safe spot after check out too.

Bad thing was a dirty curtains in the showers and not enough hangers. No socket by the bed
