I had the top bunk on a metal-framed bunk bed. If I moved my mate below felt it and vice-versa. Sturdier bunks would be appreciated. Loved the location.

One of the best hostels in Britain. Beautiful location in the woods near a lovely hiking trail. Easy walk from Aviemore Station. Very comfortable rooms, excellent beds, really good bathrooms, superior kitchen, large dining hall, huge welcoming lounge, and extremely good staff. This hostel is everything a backpacker needs. I have been a guest many years and will always come back.
