Property Description
Check-in is from 11am to 8pm. Let us know in advance if you are going to arrive outside reception hours so we can organise your key (if you are arriving by flight after midnight make sure you book your first night for the correct arrival date (usually this will be the date your flight departed). Our reception is open from 9am till 5pm.
We offer clean and comfortable double, 4 and 6 bed dorms.
We have a strict over 18 policy only.
No noise after 10:30pm.
We are an international hostel. We only accept guests with an international passport and 2 Week maximum stay. Do not book longer online, further bookings will not be accepted.
The friendly and helpful staff have lots of good local advice and information about tours including access to standby specials.

I loved my stay at this hostel. You can really feel at home, not too big a nice garden and very nice people. Many of them are long term in Cairns, so this creates also a nice vibe. The only thing you should know, the WIFI is quite bad… But all in all definitely worth it! :)

Room was clean and satisfactory for our stay and had the required facilities for us to cook and clean. However, there was no Wi-Fi and very little service, location was a bit far out of town and pool was not really usable as it was very dirty (So not quite as described). Tissue paper would have been more useful than the toilet paper provided.

we stayed in a private room which was good but we booked one with a shower and sink and didnt receive that. there is free wifi but it doesn’t work. there are 3 mirrors in the whole place. the sponge in the kitchen to do dishes was absolutely disgusting and there’s cockroaches in the kitchen at night. we also saw a rat one night. the stove tops do not work downstairs and barely upstairs (no signs about this). the soap was empty for 2 full days & there are cats & pool was quite dirty
