The hair dryer (@ shower cabins) wasn't working, and the one where the toilets are, stopped working in the middle of hair drying. There was no hot water later in the evening, so we showered in cold one while the cold ventilation was on full blast. I'm surprised we didn't get pneumonia. The rooms had a strange smell, the walls are dirty, damp. If you want to use a towel, you gonna pay 2 pounds and 10 for your loundry wash. Yes, we didn't pay much for our stay, but we didn't expect this 4 sure!

The woman at the reception treats people who don't understand English very well. I saw the neglect with my own eyes. She rolls her eyes, snorts and refuses to answer when she loses her temper. She tried to treat me badly for a mistake she made. the restaurant at night is not very pleasant either. I went to buy a soda at night and the person who answered thought it was bad that I only bought one item. I don't know what goes on in the place to have such a lack of respect for the people
