Property Description

Purple Nest is located in the heart of Valencia and close to the Turia riverbed. We are well connected to the beach, train and bus station, City of Arts and Sciences and of course the main area to go out, eat tapas and enjoy all that Valencia has to offer.
We also organise different activities such as: free walking tours, Spanish night, free dinner night, games with drinks and much more!

In addition, several nights a week we organise special Pub Crawl to the most popular bars and clubs that Valencia has to offer (free entry and free welcome drinks!). We are famous for our parties and we think this is the best way to enjoy Valencia's famous nightlife and meet some of the other guests at the hostel, so come and enjoy the fun! You can also ask our staff to tell you their own favourite nightspots!
For only 5.50 euros, you can choose our breakfast buffet: juice, coke, coffee, milk, cereals, toast, ham, cheese, croissant, muffin, jam, butter and seasonal fruit.

If you don't feel like partying and want to be quiet, don't worry; our relaxed and friendly atmosphere coupled with our high safety standards makes it easy to meet new people and get a good night's sleep.

The staff make a big difference in this hostel. Especially Pana made us feel like home from the time we arrived. For recommendations ask PANA in order to find all the hidden gems of Valencia. The location was excellent. Special thanks to all the staff,we will be back!!!

Overall is the hostel fine. The rooms have a nice size, but the beds are really soft and the floor of the rooms was not cleaned. Moreover the bathrooms are really not great, the showers are tiny and you cannot but your stuff anywhere near you when showering. The rest of the bathroom was often dirty since there were so many people using it and being really ruthless with it. The downstairs common area is nice however the kitchen is not inviting to cook in.

The staff were the best I have seen. They were AMAZING. I only had one problem with this hostel. I have booked a FEMALE ONLY dorm and on my last night we got a male dorm mate. The guy was nice, sweet and respectful and there's nothing against him. But when someone books a FEMALE ONLY dorm, I find it highly offensive if the hostel doesn't follow through that policy.
