Love the convenience of the easy check in. Really like the cafe to come out to in the morning. Sleeping was easy ~ on a comfy mattress and perfect pillow. I really like this place for a stopover. Iâ€™ve been staying a night here & there for many years and itâ€™s always great.

We ended up having to get a 50% refund on our stay. Fourth floor rooms are incredibly difficult to sleep in due to how thin the walls are and how far the noise travels from the fifth floor. When asking about noise at 11pm, staff didnâ€™t do anything & ignored requests to move rooms. We ended up emailing and thankfully they provided us with solutions - I will say that their promptness via email was very good. Washer/dryer facilities arenâ€™t the best - took 3 hours to dry our clothes.

I had a good stay here. The staff is really nice. Shoutout to Hamish for being really helpful! The beds are comfortable and the facilities are clean. Only weird thing was that when I stayed a whole school class was there, and there was a lot of construction.
