Manor House was created when a 1920's early colonial New Zealand home was converted for use as budget accommodation. The hostel has rooms to suit everyone, we welcome travelers and we can cater for large groups.

Situated on a quiet street with a garden and BBQ area to enjoy. Only minutes from the city center and the nearest supermarket. We have a travel desk to book your tours around Dunedin and New Zealand. Unlimited free wifi is available in all the dorms and private rooms.

Almost everything was broken, carpeting/couches/chairs/walls were all stained and smelt of horrible cigarette smoke, broken tiles in bathroom, poor lighting in kitchen for cooking with but good utensils and fridge space. Would only recommend staying here if you were tight on cash. ðŸ«
