Mister who ever runs this facility is so unprofessional,after coming from a long flight took more than 10 hours , first of all he started his rudeness the first minute i stepped foot in this hostel, i asked kindly please check I have a reservation , and his answer was ' i cancelled your reservation ' just imagine after taking havaist and two trams to be there , u soo exhausted with your luggage as well , and for no reason started attacking me with his smuggling joke.i didn't get refund also...

The almost vertical staircase was near impossible to climb with luggage as some of the steps were higher than the others causing me to stumble. There was also a bad smell in the hallway.
The rooftop area was not clean due to pigeon poo on the chairs and tables.

Good location and good balcony. The posted pic is not the place at all. It is not the corner building at all, very deceptive. Not the cleanest place but, I would stay there again just for the balcony. I didn’t quit feel free to come and go at night. They have a keyed front door and no 24 he staff. They are good people but very little English.
