We have recently just improved our services, creating a more sustainable eco-conscious hostel.
Private rooms with no more than two persons. Aligning our service with our values of self-care and hygiene.
Guests can relax and enjoy the laid back vibe that makes Dreamtime truly unique and one of a kind.

All rooms are fan cooled
Fresh bed linen provided.
Shared bathroom facilities, cleaned daily
Free 24 hour WiFi in public areas
2 fully equipped kitchens, cleaned daily
Laundry facilities are available.
Air-conditioning in rooms is available for an additional cost of only $1 for 3 hours.
Free luggage storage is provided while on tours. All tours can be booked here.
Located opposite the Railway Station, we are only a short 15 minute walk to the beautiful esplanade, swimming lagoon and the reef departures.
Coles supermarket is across the road, only a short walk away.
Next door you'll find a fantastic coffee shop.

Lovely hostel, very calm and clean. Nice surroundings. Location was a bit out of the way being on the other side of the shopping centre so didn’t feel that safe walking home alone in the evenings. Didn’t mind paying $1 to turn the aircon on in my room but having to do it every 3 hours was really impractical. I had to get up 3 times during my sleep to turn the aircon back on as it was too hot without it so didn’t really feel rested at all. Other than the location and aircon the hostel was perfect

Really kind helpful staff! I had a single room which was very comfortable although walls were a bit thin (the neighbours were playing videos on their phone via a speaker very loud so that wasn’t ideal). It is a bit of a walk from the centre but it’s along main roads so I felt generally safe.

Super friendly staff, quiet location. I stayed with a friend in a private room, it was very nice and cozy. We can definitely recommend it
