We are located 20 minutes from the Latin Quarter, Le Louvre and the Eiffel Tower by metro ! If you are passing through Paris, the FIAP is the solution for you!
With 192 ensuite rooms from 1 to 7 beds, with a total of 486 beds, come and stay with us in a private or shared room. All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower and private toilet.
Adapted rooms for disabled guests are available on request.
Breakfast is included
Onsite Self Service and Bar for lunch and evening meals.
Please note we cannot accept anyone under 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Please note that there are local taxes to be paid on check in. 1€ per person per night

I really like the room I stayed in (female dormitory of 6 beds). it was clean, each bed had its own locker, and there were two pretty comfortably big tables with 4 chairs which made things easier when we were packing or talking with others. The showers were spacious and there was a separate toilet outside of the shower which was convenient. The building was huge and the location was about 5 min walking from one metro station and 10 mim walking from another. I felt safe in the neighborhood.

No bedbugs were encountered. The place has good public transport connections to places in pairs.
You can go to Versais and even the airport easily by taking the rerb nearby the hostel.

Everything very clean. The location is perfect, close to two train stations. The breakfast and the rooms are very simple but for the price it is very good. The Peruvian Guy at the Reception was super friendly and very helpful for my first visit to Paris.
