The hostel was super clean. Hot water. Good shower. Nice kitchen and dining room to cook. Dave as always brings a friendly atmosphere. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. Washing machine and dryer for your clothes if needed. Very good area of the city. Grocery a few meters away. Great price!
The only thing I didn't like was the cover. The ones at the hostel Mostel in Sofia are much better. Good heat in the bedroom.

Maybe it's better in summer? But right now, no free breakfast or towels as stated, the reception is only on 3 hours a day and was not there at all on my check out day. Security is lacks, only a code on the main gate, all other doors are open (including back door into garden with low fence) had to sleep with one eye open due to that and the live in cleaner freaking me out.

The perfect place to stay in Veliko Tarnovo. A fully equipped kitchen, dorms and common areas are cleaned everyday, beautiful sunny yard, and best price in town. I stayed way longer than planned, and met friendly and interesting people. Highly recommend
