Paco Residence is a group of 29 charming apartments offering studios for between 2 and 5 guests. All of the accommodation units are well equipped for a comfortable, pleasant stay. Each of them has a living room - bedroom with double/single beds, a bathroom, a small kitchen area and a balcony or terrace with views of the sea. The studios are also equipped with a TV, heating, and air conditioning is available for an extra cost. Set in a pleasant garden with flowers and tropical plants, you will also find a sauna, Turkish bath and two thermal pools at this complex. The residence offers free parking, internet corner, lounge with satellite TV, barbecue .
All Apartments are provided private kitchen, private bathroom with shower, tv, ventilation or air condition ( Extra request) , garden, balcony or terrace. All apartments are very comfortable for your holidays

This was such a nice break from typical hostel life. It felt like a mini luxury vacation for the same price as a hostel (I shared a room with my partner). It’s a very easy 5min bus ride from the port of Forio, and then a 30ish min ride to Sorgeto thermal beach. The thermal pool in the hotel is lukewarm, but the sauna is nice. We also LOVED the two cats here. Don’t expect a hostel atmosphere. The island attracts a retirement crowd.

We and our little kids enjoyed very much at Paco Residence even during winter time. We had much fun enjoying the thermal pool. The owner Paco and Luca are very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect !
