2 out of 5 washing machines working, same with dryers so had to go to launderette. Barely any lockers in rooms available and taken up by a jumper alone. Kitchen was dirty and difficult to get around, dirty food and dishes everywhere so we ordered food to avoid it. A good atmosphere but ruined by awful facilities and a dirty kitchen

The hostel is very loud, the space of the hostel is generally very small and everything seems crammed in. Noise travels through to the rooms and there’s noise late into the night. Kitchen area is one of the worst I’ve seen. There are a lot of long term people staying and it seems very clique. Staff would come in early morning with music waking people to clean the rooms. Bathroom was very dirty. Generally didn’t enjoy the stay here and left earlier than planned. It is however in a good location

A great hostel in a great location. Felt very safe here and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Many of the guests were saying long term and had no interest in socialising meaning it was quite difficult to meet new people unfortunately
